• Assist with early-stage due diligence of sites, including environmental constraints, community and political reviews, assessing geographies and identifying grid opportunities.
• Coordinate road trips for site visits.
• Liaise with Local Government (LGA) councils to determine Development Application (DA) and Development Control Plan (DCP) requirements.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, including planning, environmental, and sustainability standards.
• Support tender and proposal submissions and follow up with consultants for status updates.
• Identify landowners near the site, conduct title searches, send mailouts, and make phone calls as needed.
• Assist in organising public consultations, meetings, and events, maintaining records of community feedback and addressing concerns.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including landowners, consultants, and technical teams,
to meet client expectations during project development.
• Assist in creating reports and updating CRM systems, including Capsule, Consultation Manager and other platforms, ensuring information is current.
• Create, review, and distribute documentation, including letters and reports.
• Assist in preparing digital documentation such as maps and project overviews.
• Issue purchase orders, update cash flow and forecast sheets, take and distribute minutes and action items from internal meetings, and manage document control processes.
• Assist in ensuring that development deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Manage development-related correspondence and communications.
