About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Trade Project Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects while overseeing other Projec Managers.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to utilise your strong technical expertise and project management skills to lead electrical installations from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of all aspects of assigned electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, liaising with them to understand requirements and provide regular progress updates
Supervising and mentoring a team of project managers, electricians, technicians and subcontractors to ensure their work is carried out safely and efficiently
Ensuring all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices
Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support project delivery
What we're looking for
Proven track record of at least 5 years' experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager
Extensive knowledge of electrical, installation methods and project management principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and internal teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
Proficient in the use of Simpro software and tools
Current Australian Electrician's Licence and relevant construction industry certifications
