Sprinkler/Wet Fire Manager
to lead our dynamic team. We specialize in fire protection services, minor works, and maintenance and are proud to uphold a strong reputation for excellence and safety.
This full-time role offers the prospect to work with a motivated team of 12 sprinkler fitters, managing service and minor works for our diverse clients.
About the Role:
As the Sprinkler/Wet Fire Manager, you will:
Oversee and manage a team of 12 sprinkler fitters, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
Planned, scheduled, and coordinated service and minor works to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
Utilize
Uptick Software
to manage workflows, track progress, and report on project outcomes.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical guidance and training as required.
Monitor compliance with Australian Standards, including AS****, and company safety policies.
Liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical queries.
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts and materials for ongoing projects.
Manage budgets, track job profitability,
and prepare detailed project reports for senior management.
Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sprinkler systems and wet fire management.
Robust leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Proficiency in
Uptick Software
(or similar project management platforms).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian fire protection standards and compliance.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
