Senior Occupational Therapist (OT)

$100,000
per annum, with the flexibility to work on a
Full time, Part-time, or Casual
basis.

. Our team of five energetic OTs and passionate administrative staff provides a creative, inclusive, and playful environment to support children and their families.

that were designed by our occupational therapists and we have a wide variety of therapeutic toys and resources/programs. We offer both
clinic-based

mobile school services
in the local area and we are well known with other professions for the work we have done and the community we serve, helping the kids to be the best version of themselves.
Essential Selection Criteria:
Recognised university qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current membership of AHPRA
Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) working as an Occupational Therapist, specifically in paediatrics.
Experience supervising and mentor junior therapists, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Contributing to the design, delivery and evaluation of group therapy programs and workshops.
High energy, playful, and enthusiastic.
Conduct thorough assessments of children with a range of developmental, physical, and sensory challenges.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working effectively with children with disabilities or developmental delays, using a holistic, family-centred, goal-focused approach
Proven ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision
Current driver's licence
