We are currently seeking applicants for
Multi Skilled Workers
to join our multi-disciplinary community team who are actively committed to promoting choice, control and quality of life for our clients.
We have a variety of afternoon and evening shifts available, 7 days a week. You will be providing exceptional, person-centred care to enhance the lives of our clients in the comfort of their home. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking, cleaning, transport services and social support / assistance for clients to engage in community activities.
Locations:
Fremantle, Como, Joondanna, Gwelup
The ideal candidate will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Ageing (or equivalent)
A minimum of 6 months of experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
A Valid Driver's licence
Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NDIS Orientation
Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
Criminal Clearance Record Screen (or willing to obtain)
Current Manual Handling
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Medication Administration
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
