Penrith City Automotive is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist to join our team at Penrith City Automotive. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our dealership. Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they arrive
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and ensuring timely follow up.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is neat, organised and stocked with necessary supplies
Process paperwork for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries or concerns promptly




Adhoc duties as requested by management
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced workplace
A friendly, professional demeanour with a focus on providing excellent customer service
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
