In this role you'll shape and drive our Health Insurance sales division to new heights. Based in our St Kilda Road office in Melbourne, you'll lead a dynamic team of ***** sales professionals in an environment that champions growth, innovation and success.
Role Overview
As a Sales Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in:
Driving team performance and revenue growth
Developing and mentoring high performing sales professionals
Creating and maintaining a positive, high energy sales culture
Implementing strategic sales initiatives across our health insurance portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop a high performing team through hands-on leadership and regular coaching sessions
Drive performance through data driven insights and KPI management
Implement and optimise sales strategies to maximise conversion rates
Facilitate cross selling initiatives across Compare Club's product suite.
Manage complex customer scenarios and support team problem solving
Bridge communication between front-line teams and senior management
Essential Experience and Skills:




Minimum 2 years ' leadership experience in high performance sales environment
Proven track record in outbound sales team management
Experience with performance management and development programs
Strong analytical skills for sale reporting and trend analysis
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workplace
Highly regarded:
Health Insurance industry experience
Call centre management background
Experience in implementing sales training programs
