The Role
We're looking for an experienced and confident Educational Leader to join our team and help us achieve our service goals. As an Educational Leader, you will:
Lead and mentor
educators in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Collaborate
with families to support children's learning and development.
Oversee daily operations
to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Plan and evaluate
educational programs to foster a love for learning.
Model best practices
in early childhood education on the floor.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Educational Leader in a childcare service.
A deep understanding of the
EYLF
and best practices in early childhood education.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for nurturing children's potential and inspiring a love of learning.
