The role includes:
Managing and opening a brand recent 90-place early education centre from Monday to Friday.
Overseeing all aspects of the centre, including daily routines,



staffing, ratios, policies, regulations, compliance, rostering, and staff management.
Reporting to approved providers.
Ensuring the centre is providing the highest quality of care at all times.
Empowering and motivating a team of fantastic Educators.
Creating and maintaining parent and family relationships.
To be considered, you will have:
Bachelor of Education Early Childhood or Diploma in Children's Services.
Confidence in all aspects of communication with families and Educators.
Experience in managing a larger centre 80+
