Wellness Consultant
to join our team and help us grow while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Role Overview
:
As a Wellness Consultant, you will be the driving force behind both client satisfaction and business growth. Your core responsibility will be to help clients on their wellness journey while identifying opportunities for growth, new client acquisition, and building lasting relationships. If you're passionate about wellness, have a proactive mindset, and love helping people reach their full potential, this role is for you!
Applicant must be available to work weekends and a minimum of 20 hours per week. Additionally, you are willing and able to travel to the Surry Hills clinic when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Growth
: Drive business expansion by attracting new clients, increasing membership sign-ups, and enhancing sales through proactive outreach and service excellence.
Client Consultations
: Conduct initial wellness assessments and create tailored wellness plans that meet individual client needs, ensuring a positive experience.
Sales and Memberships
: Promote wellness packages, products, and memberships to enhance client engagement and retention.
Team Support
: Serve as a second point of contact for staff, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain Clinic Cleanliness
: Ensure the clinic space remains clean, organised, and welcoming to clients at all times.
Achieve KPIs
: Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly performance targets related to sales, client satisfaction, and service delivery.
Client Relationship Building
: Establish strong, ongoing relationships with clients to support their long-term wellness journey and ensure satisfaction.
Marketing Collaboration
: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, promotions, and initiatives that attract current clients and keep existing ones engaged.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience
in a
customer service
or
sales role
, particularly in a wellness, fitness, or health-related industry.
Certifications or training
in wellness fields (e.g., personal training, health coaching, nutrition).
