Your Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in delivering our credit processes while delivering outstanding service to our clients and stakeholders. You will play a key role in continuous improvement in our credit process with a focus on quality and productivity. You will report to the Billing Manager, and communicate with and report directly to senior business staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full Accounts Receivable credit function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in customer accounts, collections, debt management, reporting and reconciliations.




Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships.
Prepare detailed reports and present them to senior business staff.
Work autonomously to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and support the team's success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
