Two weeks of Graduate specific onboarding including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Physio Inq and community therapy
Shadowing opportunities of senior clinicians and of your own clients by senior clinicians
Opportunities to shadow the other members of the allied health team and see our Holistic approach to treating our clients

Senior Buddy that is allocated to you for ad hoc contact and weekly scheduled catchups
Additional weekly scheduled catch ups with your TL to support you operationally and clinically
Monthly in service with the team
Monthly case conference with the team
Teams channels dedicated to clinical questions and queries across the national team
