We currently have an exciting
full-time
opportunity for a
Learning and Development Coordinator – Programs of Support
to join the People & Culture team! The role is located in
Keysborough
at our head office.
Reporting to the Senior Manager People, Learning & Safety. In this unique role you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of learning and development programs offered to Wallara clients. You'll need to have excellent administration and customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail and be ready to hit the ground running!
Days are Monday – Friday and hours are 8:30am – 4:36pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience and skills in education, training, disability/community services
Proven experience with implementing process improvement and the ability to identify proactive solutions
Knowledge of, or ability to acquire detailed knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices
Coordination experience
Demonstrated previous experience in coordinating the delivery, design of learning/training programs
Demonstrated previous experience in learning/training programs producing materials/resources
Ability to upskill Support Coaches to deliver programs of support to help clients achieve their goals
Excellent partnering and business development skills
Strong networking skills with the proven ability to support the development of new initiatives
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and 'can do' attitude with a demonstrated professional approach to work
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires you to think on your feet and multi task
Resourceful and innovative approach
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Appropriate or transferable qualifications
Commitment to the principles of WHS, EEO, Cultural Diversity and all relevant legislation.
Must haves
Right to work in Australia
NDIS Worker Screening Check - We are working with vulnerable people and this check is required to ensure we are employing people that do not present a risk to participants
Full Victorian driver licence.
