Defined pathway to the Head of Finance role
Our client is a rapidly growing VC backed SaaS business serving some of the largest and most recognised brand names globally.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for statutory reporting, tax, management accounts, accounts payable and receivable and cashflow forecasting and management. Given the company operates in multiple countries, this will also involve statutory reporting in multiple jurisdictions and FX management. Driving improvements to current internal controls, systems and processes will be a key part of the role, as will be mentoring and developing your direct reports.
As a high growth, VC backed business, decision making and implementation occurs at a rapid pace and there is a real opportunity to drive meaningful change to the finance function. You will need to be comfortable in taking the initiative to find solutions to problems you have not encountered before,



in a resource constrained environment. This is an excellent environment in which to develop your skills rapidly and it is critical that you have the desire to learn and to grow into the Head of Finance role.
The business has a friendly, agile and entrepreneurial culture and the Head of Finance will be mentoring you and helping you develop your skills to position you to move into the that role in the future.
The business offers a flexible working environment with the option to work remotely up to two days a week.
Prior experience at a SaaS business would be highly regarded, but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a Financial Controller at a small or mid-sized business to develop their skills to position themselves to step up to a Head of Finance role.
