About the Role:
Come aboard and take the next step in your career! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service & Pricing representative to join our Brisbane team.
Reporting to the Customer Service & Process Manager, this position will work with customers to maintain effective relationships and support our sales teams with timely quotations and support. We're looking for an excellent communicator with a passion for providing high levels of customer service. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Accountabilities:
Liaise with customers via phone, email, and in-person channels to support them with their cargo inquiries.
Manage customer orders with overseas Gebrüder Weiss offices and agents to ensure seamless delivery.
Liaise with the sales team to support customer relationships. This includes providing quotations, managing customer updates, resolving client issues, and improving customer relationships.
Input and update company tariff client rates, one-off quotes, and customer information into CargoWise.
Work with overseas agents and colleagues to manage the timely turnaround of quotations.
Process customer shipments through the task manager functionality of Cargowise to manage the paperless processing of orders and shipments.
Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Service/Pricing position.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with outstanding time management.
Outgoing personality with the ability to create strong relationships.
Familiarity and experience with CargoWise1 is considered essential.
Positive attitude, ability to work and collaborate in a team, and a willingness to learn.
