Responsibilities
Uphold a "customer-first" mindset by delivering excellence in every interaction.
Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, pricing and fulfilling client requests.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information and transactions.
Generate sales reports and provide analysis to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Resolve any issues related to product availability, shipment, or customer concerns, while collaborating with relevant departments.
Skills and Experience
Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role desirable.




Proficient in MS Office Suite and the motivation to learn our systems.
Computer savvy
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
