About the role
Looking for experienced Scaffolders to join the team at Northern Rivers Scaffold Pty Ltd in Billinudgel, NSW. This is a full-time position that will see you play a key role in the building and construction industry, providing critical scaffold solutions for a range of residential and commercial projects.
What you'll be doing
Assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction, maintenance and repair work
Inspecting scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Maintaining all scaffolding equipment and tools in good working condition
Coordinating with construction teams to deliver scaffolding services in a timely and efficient manner
Adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures at all times
Participating in ongoing training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Relevant experience as a Scaffolder
Sound understanding of scaffolding systems, installation techniques and safety requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
