Be self motivated, reliable, conscientious and take pride in their work
Have an eye for detail
Enjoy and work well as part of a team
Have their own tools
Recognise the need to go above and beyond customer's expectations
Possess experience in fitting vehicle accessories
Have a passion for 4wds
