Rampage Retail is seeking a driven and results-oriented Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House) that encourages a Food & Customer Service Focus culture within our team and a strong desire to succeed for our 24-hour bp service station at Eastern Creek
The role is for a dedicated person that has a true flair for service with a passion for food quality.
This role offers you the prospect to utilize your current knowledge of customer service & food safety to lead a team in delivering a unique and personal experience.
Hourly rate is to be discussed and agreed upon with the successful applicant. Award conditions apply regarding loading & leave entitlements.
The successful applicant will be/have:
Focused on achieving sales
Exceeding food quality & customer service standards
Experience in understanding meal plating
Proficient in food safety, control standards & reporting
Experience with high-speed coffee espresso service

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:




Assist in the supervision of all aspects of the front of house area in the restaurant, including assisting the site manager with efficient rostering, understanding waste impacts, completing stock control measures, ordering, invoice processing and ensuring all required food safety records sheets are completed and upkept.
The successful applicant will assist with ensuring the front of house restaurant operation that complies with all OHS/HSSE/Food and health requirements and passing all related inspections.

Fantastic training, guidance and support will be provided form the site manager and the Restaurant Operations Team.
