About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Educator to join our dedicated team at Maroondah Kids Early Learning Centre in Croydon, VIC. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the care and education of young children in a nurturing and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality care and engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
Implementing developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional growth
Maintaining a secure, clean and organised learning environment
Communicating effectively with parents and families to ensure the best outcomes for the children
Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations and centre policies
Participating in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience working in a childcare or early learning centre setting




Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check
