About The Role:
What You'll Do:
Manage daily financial transactions and recurring accounting tasks
Manage and prepare Bank Reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable and payment process
Manage expense reconciliations and oversee corporate credit card accounts
Assist with Payroll process including Superannuation, STP and payroll tax
Assist with Month End Closing Process, including month end journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis
Track costs and expenditures for events, projects and operations
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting process
What You'll Need:
CA/CPA qualified/studying or tertiary degree in accounting
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Xero and MYOB preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Mandarin speaking is an advantage but not essential
