An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Senior Executive and manage day-to-day operations, including events, hosting guests, and project management, for a leading FMCG company based in Cremorne.
This 12 month, fixed term contract will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the company's goals and objectives are achieved.
We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Executive Assistant, who is outcome-driven and capable of delivering quality executive support in a fast-paced setting.
The ability to manage a busy workload with strong responsiveness and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
About the role
As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Executive Assistant will support and manage the following:
Diary management for one Executive team member
Travel & expenses coordination
Event support and management
Project management support
Attending leadership meetings, taking notes, documenting actions, and following up
Responsible for all travel and meeting bookings
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing confidential and efficient coordination of administration services to ensure the smooth flow of information to and from the relevant stakeholders. Other key tasks within this position will include:
The ability to prioritise tasks so that they are completed effectively, to a high standard, and in a timely manner
Liaising effectively and efficiently with staff at all levels
Liaising with various external organisations
This position is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday. In this fixed-term contract, you will be entitled to all benefits such as paid annual leave, personal leave and paid public holidays.
