As a result of this significant expansion and commitment within South Australia, the opportunity for an additional Project Finance Manager has emerged within the SA office.

a successful development partner for the 52-hectare Oakden Rise site – unlocking significant benefits from one of the last large-scale infill development opportunities in metropolitan Adelaide;
William Lakes, a 1,700-home development at Gawler Belt, north of Adelaide and part of the Roseworthy Township Expansion;
St Andrews, a 700-lot project at Andrews Farm;
a premium built form development at Seacliff Village;
Morphettville Redevelopment project in partnership with Host Plus and SAJC.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and working closely with the South Australian State Manager, this pivotal role provides hands-on project-based management and financial accounting, reporting and compliance services to support South Australian projects.
Key responsibilities include preparing accurate and timely management and financial reports and analysis critical to effective business decision making and compliance as well as managing cash flow, preparing forecasts and budget reporting for development projects.
Applications are invited from appropriately qualified finance professionals with hands-on management and financial accounting experience ideally gained in a property development business or similar project-based setting. CA/CPA status (or currently studying towards completion) is an essential minimum requirement. The successful candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills (including Advanced MS Excel proficiency), high attention to detail, well developed communication skills and a flexible, constructive and positive attitude. The ability to work independently, be proactive and engage effectively as a business partner with key stakeholders across the business will be pivotal to success. Experience with Estate Master software is highly desirable but not essential.
