Lead the development of the finance functions technical advisory team
Opportunity to work across M&A;, Group Reporting and supporting broader finance teams
Salary on offer
: $160k - $180k including super + bonus opportunity
Key responsibilities:
Lead due diligence for M&A; and divestment activities
Review and development of external statutory reporting deliverables
Establish and update accounting policies for the Group
Develop and enhance technical expertise, including emerging accounting & disclosure issues
Provide accounting advice to the broader financial reporting team
Report to the Group's Board and Audit Committee and partner with other Senior Executives
About you:
CA or CPA qualified




Big 4 or mid-tier trained is desired, with strong knowledge in AASB/IFRS
Proven experience delivering transactional accounting advice and M&A; accounting
Strong communicator and ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to coach and manage direct reports
