At Hoopla Kitchen & Bar, we are building a destination for families, food lovers, and people looking for a fun, energetic experience.
With the exciting launch of our brand-new Hoopla Pakenham Kitchen & Bar venue, we are searching for an experienced, passionate, and hands‐on Manager to lead our venue from day one.
This is a genuine leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‐paced hospitality environments, understands modern café/restaurant operations, and takes pride in building strong team culture, systems, consistency, and quality.
We need the right leader to execute it at a high standard while building and leading an exceptional front of house team.

THE ROLE
As the Front Of House Manager, you will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the venue, including:
Leading, training and developing staff
Running efficient, high‐quality service periods
Managing rosters, labor and controllable costs
Overseeing stock control and venue operations
Maintaining food safety, OHS and compliance standards
Delivering exceptional guest experiences
Working closely with senior management to drive performance and culture
This is a hands‐on leadership position where you'll be expected to lead from the floor, set standards and build a strong team culture.
Weekends and public holidays are essential.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous management experience in hospitality or entertainment venues
Solid leadership and communication skills
Passion for training and developing staff
Experience with rostering, labor management and basic financials
Calm under pressure and highly organised
Energetic, reliable and professional
A strong focus on customer experience and team culture
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary package between
$75,000 – $85,000 + super
