What you will own
The company-wide technical standard. Campaign structure, bidding, optimisation, and platform best practice on Google and Meta
Conversion tracking and measurement end to end. Pixel and CAPI setup, GTM, GA4, event tracking, and attribution
Account health across the full portfolio. Regular reviews of performance, spend, and delivery with clear standards for what valuable looks like
Escalation ownership on any account that is slipping. Stepping into the detail to stabilise and turn it around




Raising the technical craft of the account managers through standards, reviews, and hands‐on guidance
You will be a fit if
You have significant hands-on paid media experience across Google and Meta, with platform execution maintained throughout your career and not just oversight
You have built pixel and CAPI setups, GTM containers, and GA4 measurement from scratch and you can diagnose why the numbers look wrong
You have kept quality consistent across many accounts at once, not just owned one large brand
You are standards-driven and you care about the quality of the work and hold the line on it
You can lead through influence and craft rather than authority
You are comfortable owning senior client conversations and escalations
