About the role
Deliver outstanding customer experience and compassionate support.
Schedule consultations and procedures, coordinating follow-ups.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, keeping clients informed.
Generate invoices, process payments, and balance accounts.
Ensure clear communication between clients, stakeholders, and Animal Services teams.
Triage consultation and treatment requests, prioritizing critical cases.
Maintain accurate patient files in the Shelter Buddy system.
Perform regular audits of patient files.
Provide basic animal care, health, and behavior advice.
Maintain clean and tidy public areas.
Prepare discharge instructions for clients.
