We're partnering with a beautifully curated destination boutique to find an experienced Boutique Manager who is passionate about premium Australian fashion, styling and creating memorable customer experiences.

About You
You're an experienced Boutique or Store Manager who leads with confidence, inspires your team and has a genuine passion for premium fashion.
You understand that luxury isn't just about the product,



it's about creating meaningful customer connections, delivering personalised styling advice and ensuring every client leaves feeling exceptional.
You'll bring:
Previous Store or Boutique Management experience within premium fashion or lifestyle retail
A passion for fashion, styling and delivering an elevated customer experience
Solid commercial acumen with a proven ability to achieve sales, KPI and business objectives
Confidence leading from the front in a fvery busy seasonal retail environment
Excellent operational, stock management and visual merchandising skills
An inspiring, hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing your team
