Redpath Mining is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand Fitter to join the maintenance team in a FIFO Perth role. You will lead a workshop crew, plan maintenance activities, and provide technical mentoring to tradespersons and apprentices while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.
Ideal candidates will have a Heavy Vehicle Mobile Equipment or Diesel Fitter qualification, robust fault diagnosis skills, and the ability to work under pressure in an underground mining environment.
