About the Role
We're seeking an IT Operations Support Coordinator, Location - Blackburn, VIC for a Full time Permanent opportunity.
Purpose of the Role
The IT Operations Support Coordinator supports the effective delivery of IT commercial and operational services across asset management, procurement, invoicing and fulfilment. The role ensures accurate processing of financial and asset activities, while providing operational support to vendor management and strategic sourcing functions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end operational support for IT asset, fulfilment and user support services, including maintaining accurate asset records, monitoring service inboxes and actioning tickets, coordinating hardware repairs and replacements, and ensuring compliance with IT asset lifecycle and mobile device management practices.
Manage IT financial and commercial administration processes, including invoice validation against contracts and SLAs, processing chargebacks and cost centre updates, and responding to stakeholder queries to ensure accuracy, transparency and governance of IT spend.
Support optimisation of IT assets and licensing, by maintaining accurate consumption data, identifying cost‐saving opportunities through analysis of usage patterns, and ensuring licensing and financial data is audit‐ready and aligned to organisational requirements.
Support effective supplier management, by collating performance data, preparing reporting inputs, tracking actions, monitoring vendor‐related spend and coordinating issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills Required
Experience in coordination, analysis, or operational support roles within IT, finance, procurement, or service delivery environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools to support operational, financial, or asset‐related activities.
Understanding of procurement, invoicing,



asset management, and service fulfilment processes across end‐to‐end workflows.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities; project coordination experience is desirable.
Experience using ticketing systems, service inboxes, or support platforms to deliver effective customer service.
High attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial data, asset records, and documentation.
Requirements of the role
A National Criminal History Check is required
