We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Community Marketing Executive to help grow and engage FuturePlace's industry communities throughout the year.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to move beyond traditional campaign marketing and develop skills across community building, content, events, stakeholder engagement, and audience growth.
Working closely with the Portfolio Growth Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver initiatives that keep our communities connected between events through content, networking opportunities, industry discussions, and thought leadership.
You'll play an important role in helping FuturePlace build meaningful relationships with industry leaders, speakers, delegates, partners, and advisory board members while creating exceptional experiences for our audiences year-round.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the delivery of community engagement initiatives across FuturePlace portfolios.
Coordinate newsletters, industry articles member communications, and community content.
Manage and grow engagement across LinkedIn and other community platforms.
Build relationships with delegates, speakers, advisory board members, and industry stakeholders.
Create and distribute content including interviews, industry insights, surveys, and member stories.
Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement, retention, and participation.
Support community reporting, data analysis,



and performance tracking.
Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Delegate Sales, and Production teams to deliver year-round value to our audience.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years' experience in marketing, events, communications, media, membership, customer engagement, or a related field.
Recent graduates with relevant internship or work experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence engaging professionally with senior executives and industry leaders.
Naturally curious, proactive, and relationship-focused.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM systems, webinars, or community platforms is advantageous but not essential.
