Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Manager for their community site located in Ashburton, Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new clinic and play a pivotal role in its growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house operations, overseeing invoicing and accounts, training and onboarding new staff, and engaging with patients/customers. This full-time role offers a supportive work workplace.

What you'll do:
As an Administration Manager, you will be at the forefront of establishing a new clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing invoicing and accounts, training and on boarding new staff, handling general administrative tasks, and engaging with patients/customers. You will also coordinate department administrative activities including patient booking & patient service facilitation. Furthermore, you will organise and manage administrative staff including rostering and planning of any necessary training.
