We are looking for a organised, detail-driven Venue Operations Coordinator to keep things running smoothly across a premium Sydney CBD venue for a 4.5-week temp engagement starting early August.
This is a practical, varied role covering the full coordination cycle, from inbox and enquiries through to quotes, invoicing, site visits and space setup. If you have worked in venue operations, events coordination or a similar behind-the-scenes role and you take pride in keeping things moving, this one is for you.

In This Role, You Will
Manage inbox enquiries and coordinate bookings from initial contact through to confirmation
Prepare and issue quotes and invoices accurately and promptly
Conduct site visits with clients and prospective bookers
Set up and style spaces ahead of events and meetings to the required standard




Keep coordination and administration ticking over throughout the engagement
About You
Background in venue operations, events coordination or a similar role
Comfortable managing a busy inbox and juggling competing priorities
Confident with quotes, invoicing and basic financial administration
Available for a 4-week engagement from early August, Monday to Friday
