Cognitio Digital is seeking candidates for a Northern Sydney-based Systems Administrator role for our Defence industry client.
This role requires a security clearance or be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
The role is primarily on-site with the potential for some remote work.
Full-time or contract work options available.
We are seeking an experienced a systems administrator to support a complex ICT setting that includes networking, cyber security, Windows and Linux server infrastructure and end user compute assets. Responsibilities include system installation, configuration and maintenance, ServiceNow tuning, fault diagnosis and backup/restoration activities across a range of enterprise application environments.
Candidates should have strong infrastructure, service desk, networking, hardware and troubleshooting skills. Experience in cyber security, information management, databases, network integration and operational support is important, as is the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working on Defence or classified networks, or in secure facilities, is highly regarded.
