We are seeking a reliable and organised HSE Administrator to join our growing team in Tweed Heads. This is an administration-focused role that provides day-to-day support to our HSEQ Advisor and operational teams by maintaining safety systems, records and compliance documentation.
This position is ideal for someone with HSE administration experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep systems organised and up to date. It is not an HSE Advisor or management position.
About the Role
Reporting to the HSEQ Advisor, you'll provide administrative support across our Health, Safety and Environmental systems, ensuring documentation, reporting and compliance records are accurate and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain HSE documentation, registers and records.
Coordinate employee and contractor inductions.
Assist with incident reporting and ICare documentation.
Monitor training and competency records.
Prepare HSE reports and safety statistics.
Assist with audits and document control.
Maintain safety management systems and compliance records.
Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ Advisor and Operations team.
About You
You'll have:
Previous experience in an HSE administration or compliance administration role.
Solid organisational and document management skills.
Experience maintaining HSE systems and records.
High attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Certificate IV in WHS (or currently working towards it) is desirable.
