We're partnering with a well-established, community-governed early learning service in the Redbank Area, seeking an experienced
Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor
to lead their dedicated team.

About the Role
As the Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you'll provide leadership across all aspects of the service, ensuring high-quality education and care while maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Working closely with the committee,



you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering a positive team culture and continuing to build on its strong foundations. You'll remain connected to the day-to-day life of the service, building strong relationships with families, educators and the wider community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service.
Mentoring, supporting and developing a team of educators.
Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
Overseeing administration, financial management and service operations using Xplor and Xero.
Leading quality improvement initiatives that support positive outcomes across the service.
About You
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Centre Director or in an equivalent leadership role.
Previous experience working within a community-governed, not-for-profit or similar early childhood setting.
Extensive experience using Xplor and Xero.
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard, legislation and early childhood compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team.
A collaborative, community-minded leadership style and genuine passion for working within the not-for-profit sector.




A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement, with the ability to bring your team along on the journey.

Child Safeguarding
Looking for an individual who understands, promotes and upholds the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. In this role, you'll help create an environment where children's safety and wellbeing are always the highest priority.
Child safeguarding requirements include, but are not limited to:
Valid QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain.
Thorough screening process.
Professional reference checks.
National criminal history check.
