Your Role
We are seeking a National Retail Manager to lead our Retail B&M; business end-to-end, driving commercial performance, retail operations, leadership capability, selling excellence, and team development while delivering sustainable business growth.
This is a full-time, Sydney Head Office-based leadership role, requiring regular travel across our retail network and a minimum of two days per week in-store to lead, coach and support our teams.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Ownership: Lead the Retail B&M; business with full P&L; accountability, delivering sales, profitability, wage,



shrinkage and operational performance targets.
Leadership & Capability: Lead, coach and develop the State Manager team, building a high-performing culture through talent development, succession planning and performance management.
Strategic Execution: Translate business strategy into clear retail priorities, ensuring consistent execution of key initiatives and measurable outcomes across the network.
Customer & Omnichannel: Champion an exceptional customer experience by partnering across Retail, E-commerce and CRM to deliver seamless omnichannel journeys and strong customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with Merchandise, Operations, Systems and Supply Chain to strengthen retail execution and operational performance.
Store Presence: Maintain a solid presence in stores, coaching leaders, strengthening team capability, identifying opportunities and ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld.
Culture & Compliance: Foster a culture aligned with our Humble, Hungry and Smart behaviours, driving engagement, accountability, compliance and operational excellence across the retail network.
