About the role
We are currently seeking a
reliable and professional Full-Time Security Officer
to join our team at a
high-profile bank site
located in
Baulkham Hills, NSW
.
This role is primarily
control room–based
, with
access control responsibilities
and a
roving component
as required. Due to the nature of the site, flexibility to work across a
24/7 rotating roster
is essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Monitoring CCTV and alarms from the control room
Managing access control for staff, contractors, and visitors
Conducting regular patrols and roving inspections of the site
Incident reporting and escalation where required
Maintaining a professional and customer-focused presence at all times
Adhering to site procedures and security protocols
Requirements
Valid NSW Security Licence
Ability to work a
24/7 rotating roster
(days,



nights, weekends, public holidays)
Robust communication and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Previous control room or banking/corporate security experience highly regarded
