Covering breakfast and dinner services you'll work on a rotating roster of a team of 5 to deliver an a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner, plus a degustation menu for dinner service.

2+ years' experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of food and cooking procedures
Love to work as a team and to assist in all operations of the kitchen
