Hands-on environmental role at Granny Smith Gold Mine
Field-based role with exposure to monitoring, rehabilitation & drone work
The Opportunity:
You'll work closely with a diverse team to contribute, collaborate, and deliver environmental outcomes at Granny Smith Gold Mine. You'll make a meaningful impact by supporting the Environment team to ensure the mine meets its environmental obligations.
You'll have the opportunity to develop practical in office experience, working across multiple departments and supporting projects such as land rehabilitation, topsoil mapping, and seed collection.

What You'll Do
• Environmental monitoring,



including collecting and sending water and soil samples
• Conduct environmental inspections and maintain records
• Use drones to capture imagery and assist with data collection
• Support waste management, fauna handling, and pastoral activities
What You'll Bring
• Experience in fieldwork or mining operations
• Ability to work outdoors in remote conditions and varying weather
• A valid manual driver's licence
