This 6 month fixed term opportunity is a great way to gain hands-on experience in people systems, data, and customer support—no prior experience required.
You will join the Workforce Systems and Analytics team, who oversee the people systems and data to achieve organisational and service objectives. This includes recruitment and onboarding; payroll and salary packaging; employment compliance; and learning management. You will be supported with training and guidance as you learn how these systems work and how to provide helpful, professional support to our stakeholders throughout the region.
In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks, and develop valuable skills in customer support, data accuracy, and workplace technology. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys helping others, and keen to learn.

Loddon Mallee Shared Services (LMSS)
Loddon Mallee Shared Services provides ICT services to all health services currently within the Loddon Mallee network. The services LMSS provide can range from ICT helpdesk, implementation and management of approved applications to consolidating regional platforms with dedicated support teams.
As a self-funded initiative, the LMSS is governed by the Department of Health

The Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision.



As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Information Technology Services, Architecture and Applications, Clinical Information Systems , and Virtual Care Office.
The Division leverages ICT technologies and expertise to provide the technical foundations for innovation and transformation of our clinical service delivery The Division is instrumental in building a strong culture of utilising health informatics and using data to drive innovation.
