You will play a key role in shaping where and how the business invests, while working closely with senior leaders across regions and functions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine
corporate growth and investment strategy
in partnership with senior leadership
Lead
end-to-end transaction activity
, from opportunity assessment through execution
Evaluate new markets and competitive dynamics to support long-term decision-making
Prepare investment materials and recommendations for executive and shareholder review
Support integration planning and performance tracking following transactions
Requirements:
Background in
corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
Demonstrated experience executing
complex transactions
from origination through completion
Commercially astute, analytically robust and comfortable working with ambiguity
