The Opportunity:
You'll work closely with a diverse team to deliver effective, accurate and timely payroll service to our wide range of employees for our
Finance Department at our Perth office.
You will also play a key role at looking at ways to continuously enhance our payroll Department's functions and capabilities – making a real impact every day!

What You'll Do
Provide clear, professional support on payroll questions to HR Team, Managers, and employees.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations (PAYG, Superannuation, SOX, etc.). Timely and precise distribution of required reports.
Communicate payroll deadlines and requirements to ensure timely paperwork disbursements, and deductions.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage file archiving per company policy.
Prepare and deliver payroll reports within set deadlines.




What You'll Bring
Minimal accounting experience required; training and support provided
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar large HR/Payroll systems
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central highly regarded
Interested in maximizing technology, intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
