private practice in Darwin
that is seeking a
Locum Speech Pathologist
to provide short-term cover.
This role offers a varied caseload across
paediatric and adult clients
, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to experience life in Australia's Top End while working.
About the Role
Locum Speech Pathologist position in a
private practice setting
Mixed caseload across
children and adults
Clinic-based and community appointments
Structured handover and clinical support provided
Flexible contract lengths (min 1
– 3 months
)
Key Responsibilities
Paediatric speech, language, and communication therapy
Adult speech pathology services (communication, voice, swallowing, functional communication)
Assessments, therapy planning, and progress reporting
Liaising with families,



carers, and multidisciplinary team members
What We're Looking For
Qualified
Speech Pathologist
SPA membership
Experience working with
paediatric and/or adult caseloads
Strong clinical and communication skills
Locum experience desirable but not essential
