About the Role.
We are currently looking for a team player to join our Sydney based Payroll processing team. This is a great opportunity to progress your payroll career with a team that truly delivers solutions second to none.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Ensuring all assigned clients' payrolls being processed by deadlines
Responding to assigned client's queries in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all employee records are accurately maintained
Processing end-to-end payroll
Reconciliation of payroll reports and data
Provide product training when/if requested by clients
Collecting clients' feedback regarding system bugs/enhancement and report to team leader
Support Team Leader with ad-hoc task when/if required
What you'll bring
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A knack for troubleshooting / problem solving




Positive understanding of AU payroll legislation
High attention to detail and accuracy skills
A good attitude with fast-learning ability
Strong time management and priority setting skills
Good understanding of customer service with customer-focused mindset
