About this role
As a Member Services Officer, you'll provide responsive, professional and accurate service to members across face-to-face, phone, email and mail channels, across our branches in Sydney CBD, Rhodes and Rooty Hill. You will need to be versatile to travel between these branches to support where needed at short notice.
You'll be responsible for understanding member needs through quality conversations, providing information on products and services across TMBL brands, and supporting members with everyday banking enquiries and transactions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem solving and helping members navigate their financial needs with confidence.
What you'll be doing
Building strong relationships with members through genuine and helpful conversations.
Providing information and support across memberships, term deposits, cards, lending and other banking services.
Accurately processing foreign exchange orders while ensuring exchange rates and fraud prevention checks are completed.
Working towards targets and key performance indicators while maintaining service quality.




Following company policies, compliance requirements and procedures at all times.
What you'll bring
Strong customer service experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to manage varied member situations.
Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail.
FSR Tier 2 Accreditation, or willingness to complete it.
