Inside Sales Specialist




You will actively support the sales process from the
initial
inquiry to the conclusion of the contract.
You will qualify international customer inquiries and work closely with
your colleagues from the
Companion
T
eam consisting of
s
ales and
p
roduct
m
anage
rs
.
For new customers, you will be the driving force behind the creation,
coordination,
and dispatch
ing
of
quotations
a
nd test licenses. For existing customers, you take care of the
management
of existing subscriptions.
In addition to working with internal colleagues, you will be in
direct
contact with end customers and partners.
You
ensure accuracy
of
customer data and keep an eye on organizational tasks, such as meeting payment deadlines.

You are proficient in using modern Office and ERP applications; experience in the IT sector and commercial training would be an advantage.
You are business fluent in English.
You are happy to come to our office in Sydney to work with

colleagues on site (approx. 2-3 days per week).
