Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent English speaker
Bachelor's degree in any field or Higher
At least 1 year of Teaching experience
Teacher Certification (120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc)
Desktop or laptop with a webcam, Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher,



8GB RAM or higher, Windows 10 or higher
Stable wired internet connection and a back up
Essential peripherals: ****P webcam, noise-canceling headphones, quiet environment

⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8):
• Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged
⌛ Minimum Commitment:
• 10 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

Compensation:
• Competitive starting hourly rate: $14–$20 USD/hour
