About the Role:
Based at our Bull Creek estate,



you'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep buildings, equipment, and facilities running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
General repairs and preventative maintenance
Responding to maintenance requests (via system)
Working on equipment such as air con, hot water systems, appliances
Coordinating with contractors when required
Supporting projects and improvements across the estate
Helping create a safe, well-maintained workplace for residents
About you:
Hands-on experience in general maintenance or similar role
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service approach
Solid understanding of workplace safety

Full working rights in Australia
C Class Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
