Job Title: Test Manager – SAP eCommerce Implementation Location: Onshore (Melbourne preferable) Duration: Full Time, Contract Client: Large SAP eCommerce Implementation and Special Projects Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a major SAP eCommerce implementation. This role is critical to ensuring that the integrated online ordering platform functions as expected across WWG, Ventia, and Linfox systems as well as other smaller special projects as/when required. The Test Manager will define, coordinate, and manage all aspects of testing throughout the program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the comprehensive test strategy and approach for SAP eCommerce across integrated platforms. Create and maintain test plans for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing. Write, assign, and track test tickets in Jira, ensuring transparent documentation of test cases, expected results, and actual outcomes. Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and QA resources to execute test cases and ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements. Ensure all test outcomes are recorded, validated, and tracked to completion in Jira,



including defect resolution and retesting cycles. Work closely with developers to review test coverage, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes. Provide regular test progress reporting, risk identification, and quality metrics to the program leadership team. Engage with key stakeholders across WWG, Ventia, and Linfox to ensure testing is aligned, transparent, and collaborative. Required Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager on large, integrated SAP eCommerce or digital platform implementations. Strong understanding of eCommerce testing, customer order journeys, and integrated logistics or fulfillment systems. Hands-on expertise with Jira for test and defect tracking, including writing and managing detailed test tickets. Proven ability to lead multi-phase test execution: Unit, SIT, UAT, and Regression. Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams, including developers, business SMEs, and external partners. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Desirable: Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) or similar platforms. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or multi-party ordering systems.
